There are many different entry points to a career with Country Oven. Beginning as
an apprentice baker, sales assistant or entering into a traineeship, bakery employees
have the opportunity to progress into retail management, bakery management or franchise
ownership.
There are many opportunities to complete structured training, such as the Future
Delight Program. This structured training program, of Certificate IV in Retail Management,
has been designed for Country Oven bakery staff as a stepping stone into bakery
management or ownership.

career development. Positions vary from bakery staff, to bakery managers, to franchisees,
